you have to wait 1 week.they will send you a notice for your medical and interview.good luck

Not enough information. First, if you mailed the civil documents to National Visa Center, you are not on a K3 visa path. It would be CR1 or IR1. It's taking NVC about a month to complete cases after they have everything. Then, I would expect six to eight more weeks until the interview, at minimum.

thx a lot. my wife is us citizen. she is in us now. last week, nvc request me to provide ds230 and my wife needs to provide i864. i just mail ds230 with the civil document today. now what can i do or waiting for interview? can i check it on the web site about the process? 6-8 weeks is too long for me. haha.

Once NVC has everything they need from both of you, it will take them about four weeks to complete their review. Once complete, they'll set an interview date. Interviews are usually scheduled six to eight weeks in advance. I'd say you're probably looking at an interview in February but with Spring festival holidays, perhaps March. The Consular staff doesn't work on US holidays or China holidays.

It will be when it will be. You don't have to like it but you DO have to wait. Join the club.
