I Need some advice pls.

Hello everyone!

I am just a bit worried about our case now at NVC.

We sent the DS-230 last 22Nov. And from the date we sent our ds-230 Package till now we havent talk yet to any NVC operator or even at the AVR, it is very hard to get ahold with them, there line is super busy, we dont know whats the best timing to call with them =( too. We emailed also to them just to inquire if our case was entered but sadly they didnt respond us yet.

I dont know if our case was entered at the nvc already.

Is it necessesary to call them and ask if our case was entered at nvc system? Or we will just have to wait there email or for our SIF.

I was just little bit worried but we keep on trying to communicate with them.

to get a response for ur email u have to wait 10 days, i sent an email before and after 10days i get the answer from them.

and for reaching the nvc try to call betwwen 7:30-10:30 am and 23:00-midnight i usuly catch them at those times

Call the AVR between 6.00am and 10.00am GMT. It is usually just one dial for me at these times. good luck
