Does CFO apply to K1ers?

Info about the CFO is included in the visa packet that they will send to your fiancee after passing the interview.And its also mentioned on their site http://manila.usemba...-interview.html

Ah that also contains the IDS (Immigrant Data Summary) Correct?

That makes total sense in the process, I was wondering why the lack of discussion about CFO.

What else is in that packet they give you with your passport and Visa?

Nope Immigrant Data Summary is not for K-1 visa holders. K-1 is a non-immigrant visa so it doesn't come with IDS.Only the brown envelope,CFO flyer and passport with visa is sent to the approved applicants.

N400 Timeline:

4/14/12- 3rd yr as PR

1/17/12- mailed packet

Biometrics-- waived

4/25/12- interview- passed & took my oath the same day!!-- US Citizen!!!

My N400 Journey took 3months & 8days!:)

Nope Immigrant Data Summary is not for K-1 visa holders. K-1 is a non-immigrant visa so it doesn't come with IDS.Only the brown envelope,CFO flyer and passport with visa is sent to the approved applicants.

Thank you so much earp, that completes the process for me. I think I have it pretty complete now from start to finish, less any future changes...LOL

May 9, 2017: N-400 packet was sent
May 15, 2017: NOA1 
June 05, 2017: Biometric Done
June 19, 2017: Case is in Line for an Interview
June 25, 2018: USCIS Scheduled an Interview
Aug. 02, 2018: Interview Date- APPROVED!
Aug. 09, 2018: Oath Ceremony
