&They reply me 8th dec 2010

Dear sir / madam

Your inquiry has been receive at the NATIONAL VISA CENTER ( NVC )

The correspondence submited is currently under review & appropriate action will be taken once this review has been completed

After my visa case is completed on the visa center on the 29 dec 2009 waiting for interview

After email the GHANA EMBASSY said my case at the visa center is on interview waiting

So what is the problem now about case currently under review

What is realy going with my visa case

Sounds like an automated response William. William, it still sounds like your case is waiting at the NVC. There are many in situation. You will have to be patient. They embassy can't do anything for you because your case is not there, it is still at the NVC waiting for them to set an interview.

I totally understand your frustration William.. and feel deeply for you... Seems to me like NVC is doing some stalling for who knows what reason.. I just got RFE for my brothers marriage licesnse cause he is a joint sponsor with me and his wife... But they say I can't send in the evidence til I actually get the letter well it been a week now and no. letter, have emailed them but no response so they are delaying me by requesting for info but not allowing me to send it til they send me cover sheet. It is craziness...
