Hi,

I am just wondering if this is normal... I got my noa already dated nov. 19 but I never receive my bio letter yet. I processed it to CSC. Is anybody with the same date of NOA already received their bio letter?

Look at the November timeline. You will realize there are several people with NOA date before you who have not received biometrics appts. I included.

2001-2008 F1

08/2008 - AOS VSC

07/2009 - end of 8yrs of grad sch

02/14/09 - ID, GC approved

02/27/09 - CGC rcvd

11/16/2010 - 751 sent - CSC

03/29/2011 - 751 approved

11/15/11 - N400 Sent

11/18/11 - Notice Date

01/27/12 - Interview Date

03/15/12 - Oath Ceremony

Hi, we are having a similar issue, and had to call to put in a service request today. Apparently if you do not receive the Biometrics letter within 30 days of the receipt on the NOA 1, you can call and put in a request. You have 19 November, so I think you might have a couple weeks to go b/f you hit 30 days... Hopefully it will arrive in your mailbox before then!

We moved last may this year thats why I am a bit worried though they sent my NOA to our new address. Its sucks to check the mail and see stupid mails or empty mailbox especially when your expecting for something important like this. Thanks for the info.

jupiter07, I looked at the timeline and I only saw one with the same date in NOA and he/she didnt update yet his/her bio date. But other than that I didnt see anyone with the same date like mine. thanks.

we are in the same situation i got my noa last nov 24, im still waiting for my bio appointment...I processed it to csc too

really? i guess i shouldnt get worried that much then hehehe. you should call them and ask about it.

Same here, my NOA date was Nov 9th. Still no bio letter. I think I'm calling them tomorrow.

P.S. It sucks to see junk mail in the mail box, I know, and not what you were waiting for.

ROC Journey

11/08/2010 - Filed I-751/ ROC package via USPS (Express Mail)

11/15/2010 - Received NOA dated 11/09/2010

01/20/2011 - Biometrics appointment (letter received 12/27/10)

02/28/2011 - Received card production email

03/05/2011 - 10-Year Green Card in hand! (3 months, 3 weeks, 4 days of ROC journey)

Naturalization Journey

03/05/2012 - Filed N-400 package via USPS (Express Mail)

03/14/2012 - Received NOA dated 03/07/2012

04/16/2012 - Biometrics appointment (letter received 03/26/12)

05/24/2012 - Interview at San Francisco local office - Approved!

07/11/2012 - Oath Ceremony in Oakland, CA (4 months and 7 days of Naturalization journey)

Finally a US citizen! (overall process from beginning to end: 3 years, 9 months and 15 days)

I called today because I cant wait for 30 days to know whats happening to my bio letter. And They told me that if I wont receive my bio letter on the 20th to call them back so they can notify or fax to me my bio letter. My biometrics schedule will be on the 29th. So its better to call now and not wait for 30 days so you will know whats happening.

good for you...I looked at our mailbox today and it was empty. I live in hawaii so I guess it might take awhile. But they told me my bio will be on dec 29. hehehe
