I request all the senior, expert and experienced members to guide us how to deal with this situation.

Our cases are transferred from CSC to TSC on 4 month mark, and now everyday USCIS is giving different people different info. USCIS may have mismanaged our cases and nobody knows what can be done now.

February 13, 2009 - NVC case number assigned
March 12, 2009 - Case Complete
25 DAY TRIP THROUGH NVC

POE - June 20, 2009 Toronto - Atlanta, GA

Removal of Conditions
Filed - April 14, 2011
Biometrics - June 2, 2011 (early)
Approval - November 9, 2011

April 29, 2013 - NOA1 for petition received

September 10, 2013 Interview - decision could not be made.

April 15, 2014 APPROVED. Wait for oath ceremony

Waited...

September 29, 2015 - sent letter to senator.

October 16, 2015 - US Citizen

Online status says

Initial Review

Your case has been transferred and being processed.

Automated Voice Service says

Your case has been transferred and call after 180 days of the transfer date to make an inquiry.

Tier 2 person says

Your clock does not start over again because of transfer, but however we are not able to place a service request at this time inspite you are on 5 month and 2 week stage.

More over,,,, reason or proof of mismanage----

Some people got post decision activity notices

Others got Initial review notices (notice says the transfer was to speed up the process)

and we june, july filers are stuck up at TSC, while CSC started processing September, October files after throwing us to Texas.

The worst thing you can do is start comparing your case to others. Keep your focus on your case

Our case was transferred from VSC to CSC. I know it is frustrating but it will be ok. You are just about around the time for approval

It doesn't sound like your case was mismanaged

I concur, it sounds like a bit more patience is in order. It's also difficult to compare phone, online and human information since the phone and online status' are updated independent of each other. I would go with the tier 2 human since their "screen" will have the most up to date information.
