k-3 visa need help

Are you sure you applied for a K-3 because they are administrativly closed at the NVC. Are you sure you didnt apply for a CR-1?

Montreal is the only place that interviews for spousal visas. You will be waiting quite a while for an interview from montreal.

Once you get your NOA2 and are approved you will be dealing with NVC and whateve they request from you. I suggest you read the guides and get familiar with what you will need to do.

Your I-129f was approved in 5 days from your NOA1 date.

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

AOS was approved in 2 months and 8 days without interview.

ROC was approved in 3 months and 2 days without interview.

It is a long wait, prepare yourself. It will be 10 - 14 months before your wife will be issued the visa

Look at 5 months to get through USCIS, another 2-3 months for NVC, and currently it is a 5 or so month wait for an interview

I'm sure the US Citizen didn't apply for anything at all. US Citizens file petitions but do not apply for visas. If the I-130 was filed it will result in an IR1 or CR1 visa. Study the CR1/IR1 visa Guide for the next steps.
