Hi Guys,

It seems like a lot of July filers have not received their NOA2 yet. Do they normally send in within 5 month period??

What happens if they don't send you in 5 months, do we call them up and they expedite the process??

My timeline is as follows:

I129F sent - 7/23/2010

NOA1 Received - 7/28/2010

Touched - 10/3/2010

NOA2 - ???

I am in the same boat as you are..... I hope something comes up because the 5 month mark is almost in 2 weeks! Seeing those that got their NOA2, most of them received it before their 5 month mark( around 145 days).

They will send you the approval when they send you the approval. There is no max time limit and no expediting after you start the process unless you qualify for one. If they take longer than 5 months, then it may happen after 6 months, then 7, then 8 and so forth.
