In speaking with someone who is trying to pursue an adjustment of status based on marriage, she said that a co-sponsor cannot be over 55.

I've never heard of this requirement and didn't see it in a quick read through of the sponsorship forms.

Is this true?

10/14/05 - married AbuS in the US lovehusband.gif

02/23/08 - Filed for removal of conditions.

Sometime in 2008 - Received 10 year GC. Almost done with USCIS for life inshaAllah! Huzzah!

No. Completely untrue. The only age restriction is only for a minimum level, there is no maximum.
