Hi Guys,

It seems like a lot of July filers have not received their NOA2 yet. Do they normally send in within 5 month period??

What happens if they don't send you in 5 months, do we call them up and they expedite the process??

My timeline is as follows:

I129F sent - 7/23/2010

NOA1 Received - 7/28/2010

Touched - 10/3/2010

NOA2 - ???

Thanks for your help.

You'd probably get better answers if you posted this in the K1 forum rather than the AOS forum. You can also look at the timelines for K1's here:

It seems the average is about three months for approval of an I-129F.

12/15/2009 - K1 Visa Interview - APPROVED!

12/29/2009 - Married in Oakland, CA!

08/18/2010 - AOS Interview - APPROVED!

05/01/2013 - Removal of Conditions - APPROVED!
