Ok, I need help here. My fiance did her interview on October 15. She did not have all the documents needed at the time. I told her to reschedule interview until I send the documents. Well, she goes to embassy and has interview anyway and passes it. So I send the proper documents and she takes them to embassy on November 8th. Now its December 7th and she still has no Visa. I was doing freelance bookkeeping and was waiting on checks is why it took so long to send documents. So I called the new call service number and no help at all. My fiance called the number in Manilla and still no help. Does anyone know a number I can call to see what is the problem with our case? I really need help, I hate waiting this long. Thanks...

A little more information may be helpful. If she "passed" her interview and was approved for her visa, why did she bring additional documents back to the embassy?

What form was she given at the completion of the interview and then again when she dropped off the additional documents?

What did the consular officer actually tell her at the completion of each of these visits?

During which of these visits did they keep her passport?

Did she pay the Air21 or 2GO fee for delivery of the visa?

The only number I'm aware of is (from the US)0116323012000 for a voice call.

You can see their fax number (and instructions)at this link http://manila.usemba...contact-us.html

I hope you get this resolved soon

A little more information may be helpful. If she "passed" her interview and was approved for her visa, why did she bring additional documents back to the embassy? She scheduled the interview before she received my documents in regards to I-134 affidavit of support and all the paperwork that goes with it. When she got to embassy to reschedule, she went ahead and done interview and the embassy told her to bring the rest of documents when she receives them from me.

What form was she given at the completion of the interview and then again when she dropped off the additional documents? They sent her to Air 21 after interview, no form after giving them my documents.

What did the consular officer actually tell her at the completion of each of these visits? That she will get visa.

During which of these visits did they keep her passport? As far as I know they didnt keep her passport.

Did she pay the Air21 or 2GO fee for delivery of the visa? Yes and we have a tracking number.
