Ok I guess I will reprint page #8, part 10, D, #16.. I was not arrested But cited 8 years ago I choose "NO" but will change it to "yes" hope my application will not be affected.

Do you have proof that you paid the fine since it's been 8 long years?

Do you have proof that you paid the fine since it's been 8 long years?

Yes it was a Mistermineor. I have the expungement document saying it was erased... It was 1 month after my 19th birthday. (2002)

It's over when it's over and it ain't over before I have my passport!

I just read on another site where a German girl passed her interview on Friday, and they offered her a same-day oath, and she refused because she couldn't get all her relatives to join her. She then asked for an oath appointment in January, to which the I.O. responded he wasn't sure that would be happening.

Isn't that like a homeless person being offered a $100 bill with the words "Merry Christmas, fella!" and he refuses it because it would be too much hassle for him to go to the bank and break it. Instead he'd say: "come back in January, when you have smaller bills, moron!"?

LOL... I agree. You sometimes wonder. Some people really think they are that important that the US has to be grateful they want to become citizen and have to wait for them. When I were the IO I'll let her wait till Christmas next year.
