I just called the NVC Phone number and found out that they have already send the DS-3032 to Beneficiary and AOS information to the Petitioner.

Can I ask my parents to send the email to NVC for DS-3032. So Process could be done little quicker.

I-130 Timeline for brother-in-law (Mother-in-law applied it)

11/23/13- Received NOA1 (VSC)

8/13/2019- Touched (Needs a verification document)

When did you received the NVC case number and and when did you called NVC? Based on my readings from other posts, your parents should send the DS3032 or if they have their own email account, they can send the email format of DS3032 to NVC. Check on the WIKI tab above to check the DS3032 via email.

It looked like NVC is sending the packets immediately once the I-130. So, when is the best time to send the DS3032 to NVC? Can we send it after we receive the NOA2? For those of you who already been through the process, can you please share your experience.

yes have it come from THEIR email (have a clear email id for your parents, nothing fancy like ezrider35@yahoo.com - have one that is momsfirstlastname@server.com and dadsfirstandlastname@server.com). follow the lingche template for the email (http://www.visajourney.com/wiki/index.php/Email_DS-3032_form) - worked great for me and many others on here. i would suggest you create the email accounts for your folks and do it yourself (ie email it from their accounts), so there is no confusion as to process. good luck

I updated the email address with NVC yesterday and send the email from parents account today. I have told the NVC that parents share the same email address and they had no issue. I didn't get any automatic response from NVC. Should I be worry? or they take few days to acknowledge the emails.
