28. Who Will Pay For Your Trip? should i write Petitioner or the "name" of my petitioner

vj journey don't have ds-156 sample, go to ***removed*** sample documents then look for ds156 you can download sample copy,

You will find that going through forms they ask alot of questions over and over again. They also use the same form for alot of different visas.

Most of the correct responses ... are .... permanently pending approval k1

the one about studying, again, the form is used for different visas, its asking if you are planning to study ... as of today, is this you intention .. if your not going on a student visa, and you arnt planning today to go to school there, your answer is ... no. But it doesnt mean that in a year, if you change your mind, that you cant study there.

As for working, of course you intend on working .. but you arnt going on a work visa .. so your answer is ... yes, pending approval of K1 petition.

Was the application filled by someone else ... if you hired a lawyer, then yes.

I mean, they are very forgiving ... for the how long do you intend to stay in the USA ... I put 25 years ... I figured it sounded like a nice number .... I was never questioned on it, and I dont really believe that in 25 years someone will come knocking on my door saying its time to leave.

Alot of what they ask are about intention ... your only intention is to go to be with the person you love ... everything else will be what it is. Do you intend to work .. that is a given, its just not the visa youre applying for.
