I am just starting to lift the conditions of my immagration. I noticed it says you need fingerprint cards. I am really confused is that just for people that are working or that are overseas. My Husband and I are her in the USA both working. Do I need to fill that out?

AP Approved.............................................December 23/2008

AP Received (I-512L)..................................January 5/2009

AOS Pending...............................................January 23/2009

AOS Approved, card on order will receive in 3 weeks..............March 10/2009

GREEN CARD RECIEVED MARCH 12/2009

ROC

VERMONT RECEIVED............................................DECEMBER 20/2010

NOA1 1 YEAR EXTENTION APPROVAL..............................DECEMBER 27/2010

RECIEVED BIOMETRICS APP.....................................JANUARY 7/2011

no you will get a letter, it will say asc appointment notice for you biometrics,it gives you the address date time, you go take your appointment letter, passport, greencard,or state photo id and you should bring your marriage certificate, and no you don't need finger prints cards, thay do it all for you when your finished thay stamp and sign your appointment letter,... good luck

Fingerprint card is for people over seas. Like if you were military spouse and had to PCS with your husband to another country you need to send fingerprint card in.

For people inside the USA. You will send your application and get an NOA1 then you will get a biometric letter giving your fingerprint appointment date at your local center.

Your I-129f was approved in 5 days from your NOA1 date.

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

AOS was approved in 2 months and 8 days without interview.

ROC was approved in 3 months and 2 days without interview.
