Scheduling the Interview - Manila

That is the correct "letter", really not a letter but more of a small data chart. At least that is what I got when I just scheduled Tuesday.

It is also what the individual describes on that long post about the scheduling process.

called for a professional help today, they told me that you really cant schedule appointment now because they are upgrading their system. it will be fixed next week, this is so sad. can somebody confirm this...thank you :(

lots of vj members here are out to help......

and i could vouch that they have reliable infos.....

they share what they have experienced and experiencing.....

and its UPDATED !!!!.....

i have nothing against "agencies", or whatever we refer to them....

but basing from others' experiences posted here, best to do it yourselves.....

No such thing as being too cautious! I printed 3 copies of the appointment "letter" and saved the .pdf file on my usb drive. I too really had doubts about the "confirmation letter" being the appointment letter. But after clicking the "Download Appointment Letter," the appointment letter is, indeed, the confirmation letter. It has the name, date, time, UID and barcode on it.

well, all i can say is.....

we (my fiance and i) can sleep soundly now......

the confirmation sheet doesnt look like a "letter"....

that made us confuse if we had the right document.....

but thats not the main issue now......

and the most important thing is.....

we got what we wanted !!!!

now i know what's the problem! finally spoke to the US Embassy Call center...they found out that my case number was not yet in the system of the call center that's why they can't give me an interview date and that's why the online service can't process it. They will report it to the embassy and they told me to call after two days. Well, we cant do anything about it...what's weird is they sent me already a letter that I can pay and schedule my appointment.

Give it the 2 days, you should be in by then.

I TRIED TO GO ONLINE AND DO THE APPOINTMENT. I WAS ABLE TO ENTER MY DATA BUT WHILE LOOKING FOR THE BEST DATE TO SCHEDULE MY INTERVIEW, MY SESSION EXPIRE WITHOUT ENTERING DATE YET. NOW I CAN'T LOGGED OR RETRIEVE MY DATA ANYMORE. HELP.............

My file was sent to scheduling on the 9th per the immigration department. We can schedule online in 2 days. Tried couldnt. Called on day 3 to schedule and they couldnt. Said the case wasnt in the system. I explained that it was sent 3 days ago. They sent a letter to the Embassy and I was told to call back 7 days later for embassy results. I called the immigrant visa dep. back and was told she didnt understand, that our file was sent 4 days ago but she will resend it again. Continued to try to schedule but still case number invalid.

I called the scheduling department again 2 days later. No answer from embassy and she will send another email and expedite are case.

I am sooo over this. My girl is going to stay in Manila for a week to do medical and visa at the same time so it is irritating.
