Scheduling the Interview - Manila

hi tahoma, do they answer in us embassy call center? I've been calling and waiting on hold for 1 hour still they dont answer... do they answer or still need to wait for at least 2 hours? thank you

I really missed Chinook when we were on our visa journey and we were apart from one another for so long. When we finally received our NOA2 and our case arrived at the Embassy, I was fortunate to be able to make an interview appointment for Chinook without too much trouble. However, if it had been necessary, I would have waited on the phone habangbuhay! :yes:

called for a professional help today, they told me that you really cant schedule appointment now because they are upgrading their system. it will be fixed next week, this is so sad. can somebody confirm this...thank you :( :( :crying:

my fiance was able to schedule last night while i was sleeping LOL!!!... but he kept on calling me every 30 minutes from 1am til 4am !!!! ....... i didnt mind though...... we got the appointment and just curious about the letter....

i need help on this.....please confirm if i have received / printed the correct one:

on the very top of the page, is their logo.....

followed by "immigration Address Confirmation Sheet"

the applicant name

passport number

interview appointment date

interview reporting time

UID

your passport will be couriered to :

HOLD for collection

thanks a lot !!!!

18 April 2011 - successful walk-in biometrics

21 April 2011 - NOA (AOS transfer to CSC)

22 June 2011 - GC received by mail

yahooooo !!!! finally.......

will go for medical january 5.............

just in time for my 2nd varicella shot at st lukes (had my 1st dec 7, private doctor)......

interview set for january 13..............

but we (my fiance and i) couldnt download appointment letter....

the notification letter i receive states :

..."If you have any trouble downloading, please contact the CGI help desk of your region.

Our help desk contact numbers are:

(Call Center Location): + 632 982 5555"

so, for now, will just be content with the above.....

fiance working on the downloading problem.....

I have same problem with you! i will call the CGI desk again tomorrow!

i just hope we got the correct confiramtion sheet.....

yes.... just keep on calling the call center.....

they would eventually answer.....

he just said that while talking to me over the phone at 3am my time this morning, he just clicked on the "link" and he was surprised to see a confirmation sheet !!!! we are just trying to verify if we have the "real" appointment letter as it is not in a form of letter.......

This is what i received from the call center earlier. I cant see the link. That 1. appointment confirmation and 1.guidance sheet are not link.

If this professional is filipinafianceevisa.com, the information they are putting out is not current with the changes as of December 01, 2010

That is the correct "letter", really not a letter but more of a small data chart. At least that is what I got when I just scheduled Tuesday.

It is also what the individual describes on that long post about the scheduling process.

yes, you are so right...... my fiance and i are trying to verify if what we got is not the appointment letter ..... because the heading says " confirmation sheet"....

still waiting for some feedback from those who got their appointment letter
