thank you very much! I'll go to St. Lukes for medical on Monday... I dont have interview date as of now. They told me to finish Medical first then if my medical is ok, that is the time I'll call the embassy for Interview date. Is that correct? Am I on the right track? Thank you so so much!

I'm wondering if it is possible to book an interview appointment before you complete the medical. It used to be that way. I'm wondering if they changed it.

In any case, with any luck you will complete your medical on Tuesday and then you can call the Embassy's call center and book your interview appointment. Or, you might try to book your interview appointment online after you complete your medical.

Maraming walang anuman. :)

Hi all! Sorry if the formatting is weird. I am using my blackberry while I'm here in PI.

Just wanted to give an update re my case. I was able to schedule an interview 3am on Dec 9th...the morning my wife and I left to PI. The whole month of Jan is open! We picked the 11th for my stepdaughter because of previous committments and trips we have. Also wanted to confirm that the med exam is NOT required before making an appointment. My stepdaughter has yet to take hers.

The USEM Manila must physically have your case, the wait mga 3 days for them to enter into system, the the online scheduling will work.

I hope this helps those who are wondering!

Marc...Congratz on scheduling the interview!

And thanks for the info about the medical exam not being required before an appointment is booked.

Enjoy your trip...and good luck with your stepdaughter's interview. :star:

PS...The formatting is fine.

Thanks, Tahoma, for your feedback as well as your well wishes. I will definitely enjoy my vacation here!!! Wife and I sure missed the fresh fish and vegetables (native). Hopefully, our interview will be successful! Will still check on VJ while I'm here, to be of any help to everyone.

Good luck to everyone trying to schedule interviews! Be persistent and don't wait for USEM to send you an "eligibility" letter.

Yes, just got home. It was all good. Went there around 830 am and finished around 130pm. All they do now is screening...1. Bloodtest, 2. XRAY, 3. Physical, 4. Immunization Interview. I'll go back tommorow and hope I will pass...if the security guard will stamp my paper IMMUNIZATION...it means I passed...but if it is SPUTUM...you have to wait for another 2 months and if you are positive of TB...additional 6 months...HOPE IT's NOT!!!

Hi all,

A word of warning. When using the online appointment system, DO NOT choose Save and Exit. Continue on to choosing your appointment. There was no way to get back to make an appointment again online. I had to call the call center again and wait and they were able to schedule it for me. But the email they sent to me with the link to the appointment letter did not contain the link to the letter. It did nothing and looking at the page source, the URL was literally empty. Still trying to get that ironed out. I am not panicking, because she is scheduled for late January.

Another important item... Make sure you choose the K-Visa Appointment Scheduling link and DO NOT choose the Schedule an appointment because it will allow you to schedule an appointment, but not enter your payment information from BPI, thus making the appointment invalid. I did that the first time and I am regretting it!

I hope this can help some folks to avoid my pitfalls.

2. are you entering details fo the fee receipt issued in your name

3. if the data is rightly captured and unable to create a new appointment select "exit" button and contact our help line for further info.
