WHat does this mean?

What does this mean? Do i have to go get the item at the post office and send it again or what? Please advice.

hello, did you send it to the right address,because there are two address, one is for united states postal service thay deliver to post office boxes and address,........the other address is for fedex, dhl, united parcel, it all is the same center, if it delivered to a po box NO ONE TO SIGN FOR IT,....send it express mail with confomatin, or priority mail with conformation,

Hi, I have had this happen to me but for another kind of shipment. None the less, all very important. All you have to do is call TODAY if possible, the UPS *(same number you posted: 800-ASK-USPS to arrange for redelivery)* And have them redeliver MONDAY. It appears they tried to deliver on a weekend and most likely the Service Center was closed. I think I'd inquire also about the costs incurred for 'next day delivery' , if you sent it that way. My thoughts are that they should have given you clear instruction on delivery date (weekend or weekday), so you could decide the best possible way to send your very important documents. It says that because the lockbox is a post office box. They can't deliver something with signature required to a mailbox. Someone will come and pick them up on Monday, so don't worry. It happens to everyone.
