My husband and I sent in all our info for the AOS and EAD back in Oct 2010. We got e-mail confirmation, and our check was cashed, however we haven't recieved anything else via mail or e-mail. is this normal? What exactly are we waiting for or expecting.

You shouldn't be worried. It takes 2-3 months to get your EAD approved. Getting an early bio appointment doesn't make the whole process go faster. Good luck.

AOS for my husband
8/17/10: INTERVIEW DAY (day 123) APPROVED!!

ROC:
5/23/12: Sent out package
2/06/13: APPROVED!
