I hpoe this help, my friend´s case was completed oct 18 and she got her interview schedule for dec 13 in sto dgo just 2 months after case completed.

Hi guys, i am new here.

My pd date is Feb 2010, and i plan to send I864 tomorrow (Wed,29-2010)by express mail.Is it too late for them to review it because i know my pd date will not be current after DEC 31?

I'm sorry I don't know but my guess is that pd is based on when petition was sent then it should be Jan 2010

just called nvc said that interview for january 2011 is already full at Manila Us Embassy

my PD is Nov,2009 , My case completed at NVC Oct,8 but i still waiting for Interview ,i'm so worry NVC told me call again 15,Jan to see if we can get appointment in Feb ,What happend? u mean all of this cause of retrogression ?!

Since you have held for November, December and january, it is dream for us to get february interview. I have found last week that NVC already started scheduling for month of February only for USC spouses.....NO F2A>>>>>

Just want to update everyone. My brother had his "interview" this morning at the Dhaka USEM. His PD is in Sept 09 and he was current until Jan 1, 2011. They didn't really do anything, except the officer telling him that he has to wait until the PD becomes current and then they will contact him to do the interview. SCREWED by the retrogression harder than anything you can imagine.

wow that is crazy ######. even if u got interview and priority date changes NO VISA WOW WOW THAT IS CRAZY ######.
