I called them last night and no Interview data yet, will call again next week.

I-130 Sent : 2010-02-02

I-130 NOA1 : 2010-02-16

I-130 Approved : 2010-09-15

NVC Received : 2010-09-30

Received DS-3032 / I-864 Bill : 2010-10-01

Pay I-864 Bill 2010-10-01

Receive IV Bill : 2010-10-20

Pay IV Bill : 2010-10-15

Case Completed at NVC :2010-12-9

Failed to sign at NVC web :2010-12-21

Interview 08/02/2012

RFE DNA/ did the DNA test req 8/2/2012

8/3/12 Collection kit was mailed in Tirana embassy (for my brother)

8/13/12 my brother was called at the embbasy. and the kit was mailed out to DNA center in California.

9/7/12 The results mailed out to Tirana Embassy

9/14/12 embassy called my brother to mail his passport to get his visa.

DNA journey lasted 6 weeks

Guys F2A case is affected with the retrogression, January 2011 visa bulletin is out and it's Jan2008, i'm just worried that we will be affected of it... our case completed last Oct. 22 and our PD is Sept. 2008...

same here... how's that... :( i have a bad feeling we won't get an interview appointment til our case becomes current... :(

I just called the NVC and they told me that they don't look at the visa bulletin until January 1st and they are still scheduling for the month of January until the end of next week. So we still have a chance.

There's still hope for all of us... May we all get our interview date before Jan. 1, 2011... Just keep on hoping and praying... God bless us all

my sister searched on this, just posting it to give us an idea with our cases,

"What this means is that if your priority date was “current” in November 2010, but will retrogress in December 2010, you would not be eligible for a visa or for adjustment of status until your priority date again becomes current. Below are the priority dates for December 2010"

Hi Friends...

I called NVC and operator told me I have not got interview schedule for December and have to again call back in January 2011..

what are the chances that NVC schedules my interview for January but letter will be sent in December so that I will not be affected?

Till what date in December NVC schedules all interviews for January?

F2A for husband (i.e. Me)

24 Jul 2009: PD (I-130 NOA1 Rcvd)

?? Sep 2010: NOA2 Rcvd

24 Nov 2010: NVC CASE COMPLETE

03 Apr 2012: Interview @Sydney @10AM

12 Apr 2012: Finally!!! Yes got the VISA

8/20:10: Approved/NOA2

9/03/10: NVC # generated, gave e-mail adds

9/08/10: Received IV/AOS fee bill

9/09/10: Paid AOS/IV

9/13/10: Mailed completed AOS, enetered into the system on 9/14

9/19/10: Mailed completed DS-230, entered into the system on 9/22

10/13/10: CASE COMPLETE!!!

04/06/11: Case upgraded from F2A to CR-1

05/03/11: Final review completed

05/17/11: Interview date scheduled!

05/20/11: Forwarded case to USEM

06/10/11: Interview - APPROVED!!!

9/27/10----AOS AND DS203 PACKAGE MAILED

10/01/10----ALL DOCS RECIVED BY NVC PER AVR

10/19/10----RFE FOR ORIGINAL MARRIAGE CERTIFICATE IN URDU LANGUAGE ""SHOULD HAVE KNOWN"

11/06/10----RFE SENT AVR NOT UPDATED AS OF 11/09 WAITING FOR CASE COMPLETE

11/15/10----AVR SAYS RFE RECIVED... JUST WAITIN FOR CASE COMPLETE

11/17/10----CASE COMPLETE

08/30/11----INTERVIEW AT 8.00AM VISA WAS APPROVED 8/30/11 THANKYOU GOD AND EID MUBARAK
