Soo our case is moving along which is great, but as it gets closer and closer to answering yes on the arrest questions, i get a bigger and bigger hole in my stomach and we are very nervous.

So 12yrs ago my hubby got arrested for taking a purse in the airport..went to court and it was dropped, because he didnt take it off the lady. So far he got court records for that, he also got caught for smoking pot, he got arrested but never went to court... he tried getting court records and the lady called him back and said she sent him 4 certified and stamped court records stating they did a search in the records center and could not find anything on possesion of controlled substance. So now we are thinking he didn't get charged, or convicted just arrested. its so long ago he dosen't remember. He said he got a appear at court notice...went with his parents waited alll day and never got called to see the judge, and now there is no freaking record of it, only at the police station it says he got arrested what date and why. So for the following questions would he answer yes to question B.

An alien having convicted of, or who admits having committed .........at the end it says within the past 5 yrs does that apply for the whole paragraph? or just the trafficking question?

then question #41 he is answering yes to being arrested .and he is going to provde a additional sheet explaning the charges and what happened, does he still have to answer to the B. question or can he just explain it all in question #41

Honestly, with something like this, you want to be as clear as possible. The one with 'in the last 5 years' I'd mark 'no' but have an explanation regarding the whole thing, including the letter saying no records could be found.

He has to answer all the questions, even if some of the answers are repetitive
