so recieved approval yesterday for my daughter's i-130 and today recieved a RFE for mine, is this possible? should I be really worried? please any help out there would be really appreciated

No need to be worried. The 2 cases are adjudicated separatly so it makes sense if one is approved and the other gets an RFE. Rest assured that it is likely something minor

Thanks, starting to stress out, I just thought they would be looked at together, and if one is okay what could be wrong with the other, surely they can't approve her, she is only five

you can call the 800 number some times thay will tell you what is needed,if not wait for the rfe letter, see what thay want from you,

Just make sure NVC joins the cases when they are both there.
