Hey guys, I have a very quick question, and im not sure if im just being stupid or not!! Im just in the process of assembling my AOS packet, coming from a K1. In the checklist on this website, it says to include 2 passport photos, copies of I-94 etc. Well I have those, but in the I-765 instructions, it also asks for these things?

My question is, that is the checklist provided, an overall of everything, or am I required to supply more copies of these things stated in the seperate forms? for example, include 4 photographs and 2 copies of my I94?

I hope I make sense, any help would be great!!

Olly.

Treat each form as an individual/separated application before you move to the next one, even though you might get the impression that some forms require the same things (per example passport photos). There is a checklist for I-485, a checklist for I-765 so if you see passport photos on both, make sure there will be included in both. Do you know what I mean?
