Current year income and just last year return is what they need basically.

File for 2010 and use that return/W2(s) for the I-864, along with my other recommendation.

My wife has a property back home. Can I use that property for my form I-864? Besides, Can I use my parent's property in back home in my I-864? Thanks

Please read the I-864 instructions, then think in terms of answering the questions truthfully. "Your" and "yours" are words with meaning. Interpret literally.
