Police Cert., Military Records?

hello

i am wondering if the Police, and military records have to be gotten in the city of Lima? or if they can be gotten in iquitos, where my fiance has lived his whole life....?

i understand that lima is the center, and so all archives might be kept there.

we are trying to gather all paperwork ahead of time, and we are only in lima for a week.

and if we are to get the papers in lima, which offices should we go to?

If your fiance has lived in another city he must ask for his certificates in the city where he lived.

Are you asking about certificado antecedentes policiales, penales y judiciales?

If your fiance did some type of military service in Iquitos, he must request their records there.

Military Records

If an applicant previously served in the Peruvian military, he or she must present a "Certificado de Antecedents Judiciales y/o Penales" issued by the "Consejo Supremo de Justicia Militar" (CSJM).

Court Records

Court records ("Certificado Judicial de Antecedentes Penales") are required for all applicants age 16 and older. Court records are issued by "Registro Nacional de Condenas". Address: Av. Abancay cdra. 5, Edificio del Ministerio Público, first floor, Lima.

Penal Records

Additionally, imprisonment records ("Antecedentes Judiciales a Nivel Nacional") are required for all applicants age 18 and over. The Judicial Records are issued by the "Instituto Nacional Penitenciario" (INPE), Address: Jr. Carabaya 456, Lima.

If you are closer to miraflores certificate of no criminal record can be found on the INPE of Miraflores Address: No. 234 LA JARA - Urbanización San Antonio - Miraflores, police records CERTIFIED address: Av Aramburu 550. Criminal record certificate: Place: National Register of Convictions (Av. Abancay s / n alt. Cdra. 5 - Lima.

Before going to these places to seek licenses should go to the BANCO DE LA NACION and pay for each of the certificates (criminal, police and criminal)

You don't need to go to Lima for everything - My fiance is from Cuzco - and he is getting all his police records there. The medical exam and interview are the only things we are doing in Lima
