I have question regarding obtaining PCC for a beneficary. Where can I get more information on that or If anybody know anything regarding this please guide me. My wife recently got the passport changed for her married name. Does she still need to get PCC? Please provide any information you can that would be great.

You can go to the US Embassy website for that particular country and get the details on obtaining a PCC. Your wife still needs a PCC but not a new one because of the name change. Just make sure the PCC is recent.

May love and laughter light your days,
and warm your heart and home.
May good and faithful friends be yours,
wherever you may roam.
May peace and plenty bless your world
with joy that long endures.
May all life's passing seasons
bring the best to you and yours!

Go to this website:

http://travel.state.gov/visa/fees/fees_3272.html

Search for the beneficiary's country and see the requirements for the PCC. In some countries, the PCC is required until the interview stage, or can only be requested by the Embassy/Consulate. But please make sure what are the requirements for your country since you don't have much info listed on your profile.
