Just checked my VJ timeline..

Based on timeline data, your I130 may be adjudicated between May 7, 2011 and May 16, 2011*.

thats right before Philips trip out here :)

USCIS (155 Days)

12/20/2010 - Mailed I-130 to Chicago Lock Box via USPS Express Mail

12/22/2010 - Delivered (online tracking confirmation)

12/27/2010 - NOA1 Email and Text from USCIS. Off to CA!!

12/30/2010 - NOA1 Hardcopy Received. Priority date is 12/22/2010.

02/16/2011 - Touched

05/26/2011 - NOA2 155 days after NOA1!

05/31/2011 - NOA2 Hardcopy Received. No text or email notification.

I spent my last 4th of July in the US... It was exciting and I met 100 new people (my hubby has 9 uncles and 4 aunts and they all have husbands, wives and kids...It took 30 minutes to shake everybody's hand ;) )You have an "open-end" return ticket?

I'll have a fixed date on my return ticket. Probably around July 6th. But I always fly standby anyway so it can change.

12/28/2010 - NOA1 (Receipt)

05/23/2011 - NOA2 (Approved)

NVC Stage

06-07-2011 NVC received

It SO does!

NVC should be much better, we'll be more in charge there. Plus it'll all go faster. This stillness now is so getting on my nerves. Although we are getting closer and closer by the day. Life is so much better than, say, in January ;)

Hi, I have been keeping eye on Igor's list. CSC cleared almost 90% of November CR1 petition in last 15 days of march. Today is 21st of April but they haven't even cleared 40% of December fillers?????? There are tons and tons of approval everyday for December K1 fillers at CSC????? Do they actually just stop working on December CR1 petitions.......We all December fillers have to contact CSC to know what is going on??? Otherwise it will be very late afterwards????

Out case date is December 30, 2010. I was able to get someone who called the California Service Center directly and i was told that for my case it is scheduled to go to a case worker in about 30 days.

Today is April 21st. When we called USCIS they said between Apr 20 - May 5. So.. let's see :innocent:

I can't wait to hear everyone screaming! hehe,,, Oh my gosh! Oh my gosh! Oh my gosh! (just practicing :P )

October 2008 - we first met each other at work (Makati, Philippines)

February 2010 - we finally admitted that we are in love (yay!)

Mar 18-Apr 5, 2010 - hubby went to the Philippines for vacation to celebrate his birthday

March 31, 2010 - engagement day!! yay!!

August 21-29, 2010 - hubby went back again to PH for the wedding prep

October 19-November 2, 2010 - hubby arrived in PH for our wedding :)

October 23, 2010 - WEDDING DAY!!

March 18-28, 2011 - hubby's visit to Philippines for his bday (2nd bday together)

USCIS Stage - 136 days for USCIS journey

December 2, 2010 - I-130 sent to Chicago Lockbox

December 6, 2010 - I-130 received!! yay!!

December 13, 2010 - NOA1 text message received!

December 16, 2010 - NOA1 hard copy received in the mail

April 28, 2011 - NOA2!!! Thank you LORD!

NVC Stage - 21 days for NVC journey

May 2, 2011 - NOA2 hard copy received in the mail; NVC received our case

May 6, 2011 - Case number and IIN ; DS3230 sent by beneficiary through email to NVC

May 10, 2011 - AOS bill invoiced and paid

May 13, 2011 - IV bill generated and paid

May 16, 2011 - IV bill shows "PAID" ; AOS and DS230 packets sent to NVC

May 18, 2011 - NVC received both packets

May 19, 2011 - Medical exam - PASSED!!! :)

May 27, 2011 - Sign in Failed and Case Complete!!! Woot!

June 9, 2011 - Interview date assigned

July 14, 2011 - Interview @8:30am - APPROVED!!!!

July 21, 2011 - Visa Received! FINALLY!

We'll see about NVC. I got my approval April 12 and NVC still doesn't have my case in the system. I talked to an operator yesterday and they said allow for 2-4 weeks!! That's a looong time to wait for just getting your case number in. Hopefully, yours will get in quickly once you have approval.

Congrats to all the new approvals. It is so exciting to see them all. I am one of the last pettitioners in our group so all of you will probably be in the NVC stage once I get my NOA2. I am excited about it but terrified that I will get it while i am in Serbia and won't be able to do anything till i get back from over there mid July :(
