What can be done when you file the wrong form for renewing green card?

We filed I-90 form for green card renewal and should have file I-751 and it's past the filing time. Can we still file the form I-751 even if it is past filing date for about 4 months?

What do we do next or what should we do? Is it possible that I will be deported back to my country?

I am a K1 visa and now have a green card w/c is already expired for 4 months.

Thanks!

Moving to ROC forum.

You need to send it the I-751 form for removal of conditions and all evidences they require and beg them to accept it.

Not sure how you can be 4 months pass due on green card. When did you file the forms? If you were late with the wrong form and now want to file the correct form late you will definitely need to beg for forgiveness.
