That is a guestimation based on the information that members here put into thier own timeline. This by far isn't a guarantee. For example using myself, my NOA1 was dated July 12 and Igors list estimated ( guestimated ) approval around October 22. Well CSC stopped processing K1 petitions and that pusshed mine back so far that Igors list wouldnt even guess at the approval date.

2 months later, CSC started processing again and my approval was estimated around December 01 but I figured a week after that maybe. Good news is that is was approved on Nov. 19th.

What does this mean????? Sit back, get comfortable and prepare to wait so you can wait some more.

Spend your time here reading and also read up at your countrys U.S. Embassy's website.

Setup your timeline here and you bio info. It will help people to answer your questions since each embassy may be different.

Good luck.

Completely disregard the comments from the local smartmouth idiots which has posted above me. Just useless information designed to make you feel stupid and ignorant. Unfortunately, the mods here won't do anything to correct thier behavior.

This post will most likely be MOD deleted so I hope to get to read it first.

You are really on a roll with the sarcastic comments lately. Why do you bother wasting your own time when you could just as easily close the window and let someone else answer? People post here because they're confused. It's great that you understand the process so well but not everybody gets this stuff as easily as you do. If you don't want to use your knowledge of the process (which I know you know a lot about) to be helpful, why even bother?

The MODS are aware of him and his stupid sarcasm so they choose to not take action strict enough that he will stop or restrain himself. Hopefully others will chime in to get his type removed from here.

I used to visit another forum related to foriegn brides. There were a couple of guys that were very knowledgable butcompletely arrogant A holes. They run people away from the site, like me and the site is REALLY inactive.

It's a shame when 1 or 2 people wreck an otherwise great environment here. I've seen more than one person refuse to read replies or even come back to VisaJourney because of rude comments. To my knowledge there really isn't any other immigration website comparable to VisaJourney and if people are being turned off by certain members, something needs to be done about it.

I also agree JlovesA! People are afraid to post their questions for fear of being made fun of and ridiculed. Gary-You are clearly, very knowledgeable on the immigration process, but comments like the one you made earlier are not helpful or constructive, they are just plain rude.

yep...why be so sarcastic? If you are trying to be funny or joke...it is not coming across here in the forums...makes me sad since people are here for honest kind help.

Why so Cranky? Holidays got you down?

Wound up a little too tight? Maybe the visa process is getting to you. RELAX a little and laugh.

So far my answer is the most accurate. You give no answer. Or maybe I missed it?

The estimates are THAT, estimates. They are based on previous members experience as reported by members. They are in no way "accurate" nor are any other "estimates"

I consider it very helpful to advise people to ignore meaningless information which does nothing for them or their loved ones. I have posted numerous times, dozens and dozens of times of consturctive things people can do during the wait time. Checking estimated timelines is not one of them.

The horrible sarcastic guy is the ONLY one that answered the OPs question. The rest just chastised the horrible sarcastic guy.

Um, no. I'm actually in no rush for my visa, I see my fiance all the time and I'm actually trying to figure out how to delay my POE. So I'm not wound up, but thanks for asking. I take issue with Gary and Alla's rude comments and sarcastic tone which is totally uncalled for when someone is just asking for help. Not everybody's first language is English and sarcasm doesn't parlay well into text or to someone whose first language isn't English. It is easier just to be straight-forward and helpful instead of confusing people and possibly causing hurt feelings.

Wow, you could have just said all that initially. That's my entire point...and I agree you have given constructive information, but using sarcasm that others may not understand is just wasting time for everybody.

Oh and sheenaspapi actually answered the question as well, albeit in a more helpful manner.

The dates are only an estimate based on others who have received their NOA1, NOA2 etc. They are not written in stone as each case is different and that is what I understand it to be. My fiancee understands this, and thank god she does because there is nothing either of us can do about when our NOA2 will come. Her words are "that she will wait as long as it takes", because she knows that I love her. I know she does not like being separated from me but in the end of it all, we both know how we feel about each other. Our love is stronger because of this. And hopefully soon we will get the news of our approval.
