I had expected to be paying about $70 for the wedding cookies that I ordered from my company before leaving for Mexico. I went to talk to my boss about it this morning and he said "it's taken care of." I was confused so I requested more information and he said "thank Mark." Mark is the owner of the company. I'm guessing he decided to Promo it for me, maybe as a wedding gift. Obviously, he didn't have to do that, and it was an incredibly generous offer. I want to thank him for it, but not over the top to where I make a huge deal out of it. So I need a couple opinions as to what's the best way to thank him-he is the owner of the company, but he is accessible, and we have had a few interactions in the past. Best to go to his office? Write a note? Send an e-mail? Any ideas would be great. Thanks!

Send him an email saying thank you. Don't cc: the whole company :P

Yeah, like the guy with the wine tasting. That was hilarious!:lol:

That was funny...it looked something like this:

YES!!!!

Ok so one says e-mail and another says thank you note. Any other ideas?

Im much more into saying thanks in person. Personal interaction is always best. I'd just walk in (if he's that accessible), and let him know that you really appreciate his gesture. (Also, it shows him that you're also approachable and communicative... Im just talking corporate ladder climbing).

I dunno, I guess since sending thank you cards is not a big thing in Venezuela, I'm more into the personal approach. But it is custom here, so I'll leave it to the experts.

Congratulations btw, and good luck!

But when we turn to the Hebrew literature, we do not find such jokes about the donkey. Rather the animal is known for its strength and its loyalty to its master (Genesis 49:14; Numbers 22:30).
