hi guys its me again...well i got my noa 2 last nov 12 and dated at nov 9 since then ive been calling nvc almost every other day now and they still havent got my application is this normal or what? i even called the uscis and they told me that i just need to w8 till dec 9 before they do something about my application...i also scaned my application and send it to nvcresearch@state.gov ( one of the operator told me to send it to them)...im just worried about my application been lost :(

i called nvc and they still dont have application and i receipt an email from the nvc about my case

Please be advised that the National Visa Center (NVC) has received your

inquiry and the attached I-797 Notice of Action - Approval Notice.

Unfortunately, we do not have record of receiving your approved petition

from U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services. The NVC will contact

USCIS on your behalf for information on the location of this petition.

does any body have an problem this before?

when i got my noa 2 im so relief and now im kinda worry about my application being lost :(

i just called uscis. they told me i have to wait till the 30 days is up till they can do something about my case...

whats the # for dos?

I am still waiting for NVC case # too. My NOA2 from TSC was 23 Nov. (15 days ago). I have called NVC at least 20 times, and they keep telling me to WAIT 15 business days. It has only been 10 business days today, but this is definitely frustrating. Hoping to hear some good news SOON so I can get started with the NVC process. I would like to get at least the I-864 and the DS-230 packages in to NVC before Christmas.

NATURALIZATION

02/25/2014 - Eligibility date.

03/03/2014 - N-400 package mailed.

03/11/2014 - Check cashed.

03/14/2014 - NOA received.

04/09/2014 - Biometrics.

04/28/2014 - In-Line for Interview - 6 hours later Interview Scheduled!!

05/02/2014 - Interview Letter received. (Mailed on 29 April)

05/26/2014 - 3 year anniversary.

06/02/2014 - Interview. PASSED!

09/11/2014 - Oath Ceremony.

09/16/2014 - Updated driver licence and registered to vote.

10/08/2014 - Updated Social Security

10/14/2014 - Applied for U.S. Passport

10/27/2014 - U.S. Passport arrived in mail (13 days - DID NOT expedite)

10/30/2014 - Naturalization Certificate arrived in mail (was not folded)

MY IMMIGRATION JOURNEY IS OFFICIALLY FINISHED!!
