Hello guys...

i have few question about my friends mom, she's going to interview on first week of January 2011, but she dont know when is her medical examination..

does anyone know how to contact manila consulate and can provide a number how to dial them thank you so much i really appreciated.

The medical is due before the interview. She has to make her own medical appointment.

embassy doesn't scheduled medical appointment....

but the st.lukes required to have medical 2 weeks before the interview....

What should she bring to her medical examination?

A. Appointment letter sent by the National Visa Center or an e-mail print out of your appointment sent by the Call Center. (she need 3 photocopy of this)

B. Appropriate medical examination fee.

C. Passport (valid for at least 6 months)

D. Two colored pictures (2 inches x 2 inches) with a white background

E. The medical exam fee is U.S. $213.35 for adults (15 years and older) and U.S. $185.35 for children (under 15 years of age). ( they convert it to peso....)
