Thanks, Atencio! It very much could mean that the NVC hasn't scanned my DS-230, just like TeyaV suggested. I'll call tomorrow and see what the operator says.

Man, I'm so ready for case complete!

but i have some more days to go looking at the trend.

AVR changed this weekend to "missing / requesting biographic information " blah

been reading much around the forum and it should most likely to be the IV package that i sent 8 days later after AOS package.

hopefully.

Anybody got lucky getting NVC line today?

I called this morning around 7:30 AM waited for almost 30 mins. when operator came in line she says she is unable to look up my case because the system is down and asked me to call back in couples hours. I am trying now and it's been busy :(

My NVC Journey

10/12/10 –NVC received the file

10/15/10 -NVC case # generated

10/18/10 -Called NVC and gave both beneficiary and petitioner email addresses

10/19/10 - Beneficiary emailed DS-3032 to NVC and also mailed the hard copy

10/26/10 - Called NVC and got the IIN

10/26/10 - Paid AOS fee $ 88.00

10/27/10 - AOS fee status shows "PAID"

10/27/10 - AOS package expressed mailed (next day delivery)

10/30/10 - IV fee bill generated and paid immediately

10/30/10 - Received AOS fee bill and DS-3032 kit and also received the confirmation of receipt of DS-3032

11/04/10 - IV fee bill status shown as "paid"

11/04/10 - Sent IV package (next day delivery)

11/06/10 - Received IV instructions packet (packet 3) via email

11/08/10 - AOS entered into NVC system

11/16/10 - AOS was reviewed and OK'ed

11/18/10 - IV entered into NVC system

11/24/10 - IV package was reviewed and generated artificial RFE for missing photographs (which was actually submitted with the package)

11/26/10 - RFE response mailed out

01/03/11 - Interview date assigned for Feb 15 @ 1:30 PM

That sucks malvika! About your upgrading the process, there has to be someone! kim11 just finished her naturalization stuff but she already had a case complete and is just waiting for an interview date. She might know of someone though that has gone through what you did. I hope you can get answers to this situation quickly!

Hi, we recieved our NOA 2 yesterday, well one of us did still in initial review for my daughters (so will be popping into both threads) we are very excited but also quite nervous, I suppose because all our focus has been on the first part of this process, so any help or advice will be greatly appreciated :unsure:

Arghhh!!! so daughter's has recieved a RFE, what for I have no idea, there goes my NVC speed :(

Aww man Womblina! That for sure sucks since you will want to synch up the cases at the NVC so that your daughter and wife can have the same interview time and date. I hope they let you know soon so that you can send it in. Good news is that at the NVC, if your wife's case is way ahead, you can always try and expedite or you can just wait to send in the forms until your daughter's case arrives at the NVC :) How old is your daughter btw?

I just called right now, I was on hold for the longest I have ever been , 18mins. Then the lady finally answered, but she didn't say anything about the system being down or anything.

I called first thing this morning and the operator did say that their system was down. Then I called back around 11 or so, it was busy for quite some time but kept calling non-stop until I finally went thru and was on hold for 19 mins...wheew!

Luckily, our case don't have any new checklists generated (that was my fear for the last 2 days....so my AVR generated a "fake RFE")
