RFE for section 5 o 864 EZ.

I just talked to a NVC rep. She told me that file was scanned and part 5 filled out incorrectly. That is all she told me. Any ideas what usually goes wrong on part 5. I don't know what to send them. There is no email yet of the missing info. Any suggestions ??

Your NVC process is relatively faster, Markieboy :thumbs:

25 days from Case# to SIF. Typically it takes 5 to 6 weeks.

My thoughts exactly.

I'm still wondering what happened... I'm a bit worried because the progress is unusually fast, especially since I didn't request an expedite.

I'll contact USEM Manila next week to verify they received my case and if there are any problems. :unsure:

Part5 of I-864EZ is sponsor's employment and income.

Did you fill all those including last 3 tax years' Total income without any error that match with IRS tax transripts total income?

You think I should just send in the entire package again - or just the form.. The copy of it is at the other house, I have to go see if I really made that mistake.

Send the corrected form with the printed out barcode cover sheet. Include a cover letter and explain the reason of this package.

Write NVC Case# on top of the every page of the form.

Should the line 18 , current gross income - should match the income stated in employment verification letter or my w2 from last year ? Income in the employment letter

For the three tax years, I included my total AGI income reported on my tax return. That's correct

Just wondering...It is possiable to get an RFE after your case showing SIGN IN FAILED?

After i e-mailed my doucments, just worried about it, no i got the SIF, so happy for that, but this question is still on my mind...could if happen?

I just called the NVC to confirmed it, not mention how many times i called and how long is that...than a lady told me the case is in this final review and suggested me call back again next week to see how it goes....

Woow...did she know how hard is it to call them and how many mins i waited...anyway, need to call them back to confirm again next week..
