Hello guys

it has been a couple of weeks i was not able to check whats going on bec of my work.Anyways my wife called to the NVC finally she got trough and was available to talk to the person she said they are still review our papers and gives 20 days more and call back even they got it december 23 i dont know if does it means our papers already entered in their system ?

OMG OMG OMG got SIF when I checked our petitions on NVC just now!! I SO want a Feb interview! Guessing Jan is out of the question now, but you never know!! :dance:

17.11.10 - NOA2 (there was a hold up due to incorrect information put on forms by our lawyer)

16.12.10 - All fees paid and everything received at NVC

05.1.11 - SIF and CC for my case only. Get RFE for my 2 sons as lawyer made ANOTHER mistake and made errors on I-864's for the children.

10.1.11 - Corrected I-864's received at NVC via Fedex

14.11.11 - Corrected paperwork entered on system according to AVR

17.1.11 - Medicals done

27.1.11 - My husband calls his senator's office and asks for help to get things moving.

31.1.11 - Finally got SIF for my sons!

01.2.11 - CC (Phoned DOS as NVC shut due to weather and they told me paperwork was completed at NVC on 1st Feb)

10.2.11 - Interview date assigned

15.3.11 - Interview - APPROVED!!!

Congrats to all the approvals and SIFs so far!

Today I checked my email and my hubby also got this email from NVC, My hubbys has been working on his IV stuff and is sending it in tom or thurs. Soo what happens with the other barcode from the paid $404 bill does he still send in that barcode or both or only the one they provided in this recent email?

I'm also guessing my AOS stuff is okay no? Since all the requested is forms from my hubbs IV.

334-0700 between the hours of 7:30am and midnight ET.

Please include a copy of this letter with your correspondence and write your case number clearly (exactly

as it appears below) on the upper right-hand corner of all documents.

From the date you mail or transmit the requested information, please allow 20 business days for NVC to

review this documentation/your mail. When we complete our review, the NVC will notify

you/petitioner/beneficiary/attorney with information regarding the next processing step.

If a period of one year passes without contacting the NVC (by e-mail, telephone, or mail), all

submitted fees and documents will expire. Upon expiration, the fees and documents would need to

be resubmitted in order to continue the immigration process.

Then it provides a barcoded sheet but this one says (checklist letter response)

We urge you to send in the DS-230 form(s) and requred civil documentation for each traveling member in one package to NVC.

NVC just sent you a checklist letter as they are waiting for your DS-230. You can send with the barcode from the payment portal.

HELLO EVERY ONE,,,, IS THERE ANY WAY TO CHECK MY CASE STATUS AT NVC ONLINE OR IT JUST HAVE TO BE ON THE PHONE,,,,, MY CASE DELIVERED TO NVC ON DEC 23, 2010 AND MY WIFE ALL SHE GET IS THE AUTOMATIC ANSWERING THAT WE HAVE TO WAIT FROM 6-8 WEEKS TILL THEY REVIEW THE PAPER..... PLEASE IF THERE IS ONLINE WAY TO CHECK JUST LET ME KNOW.

Yes we are on the same board I hope we will hear something that our case are completed then SIF...if u hear any updates pls also inform me too..Bec its really hard to get through when u call to the NVC when my wife called she got a person to talk and they just said give us few weeks to review ur case.So we just have to wait few days and call back again i guess..

T- hello how is everything i hope u will tell us a good news for ur husband we are all praying for you..

good luck pls inform us asap..

By the way whats AVR msg? does it when we call to the nvc is to talk a operator instead of a human ?
