December NVC 2010

Dan-Dan we have the same timeline. We sent in our AOS and IV at the same time on November 30th. So far our case still hasn't been entered into the system... SO FRUSTRATING!!!!

I'm going crazy just thinking of our file sitting gathering dust in a mailroom... :crying:

our file was entered into the system on December 8th so I am waiting for a SIF and CC.... I hope you hear something SOON!!! I KNOW how ready you are!!!

After 6 weeks of waiting for the Embassy to make a decision I had to go to my Senators office and seek assistance.

This is what I got...

The case is currently under review by a consular officer. As soon as the review is completed, we will contact the applicant to resume processing the visa application.

A little question, I can sign in to NVC and see our fees have been paid - do you sign in the same way to see if they have entered the DS230 on the system, or is there another log in somewhere? Our package was delivered to NVC on Monday 13th.

There's no sign in info for NVC you have to call them to find out if your package was entered into the system. Packages are averaging 8-14days to be entered into the system. The line is always busy so keep re-dialing till you get thru. Good luck.

Tonm sorry to hear things are still stuck in neutral. How frustrating for you. Let's hope that even thought their reply is useless it does stimulate them to get moving on your case. Good luck!
