Dan-Dan we have the same timeline. We sent in our AOS and IV at the same time on November 30th. So far our case still hasn't been entered into the system... SO FRUSTRATING!!!!

for a simple Part 6 point 25 AOS, Latest Year Income does not match IRS Transcript 1040.

What should I do? any template for returning an RFE ? Like a cover letter or something?

Huge Congrats Teya on ur interview date!! and guess what??????????? i just talked to a very nice operator and asked if i could possibly know if they have assigned an interview date for me yet, she said we actually made the interview date today, and ur interview is going to be on January 7, 2011 at 8:30am. I have not been hanging around VJ much this month as I found it did negative things to my BP.. I would however like to Congratulate all of those who have received Interview dates. As for me, I'm still trying to get them to accept our freaking DS-3032. We've emailed them once a day, every day, since we got our case number (and mailed them a hard copy today) and still nothing--no reply, no IV invoice :angry: .

Just got off the phone with NVC our interview date is January 18th @ 10am

@Hunniraine: Thanks for the encouragement...still waiting for hubby to send me the docs for his DS-230...he did tell me yesterday that he got his birth certificate (whew!) and will be getting the police clearance this week....so I hope soon I will dancing as well :yes:
