Hello, Newbe to visa journey here.....some one told me the people here are very friendly and helpful...well i filed for an I-130 in sept. for my wife in the Philippines. i sent the app. to chicago and now it got sent to tx on NOV. 2, now i just checked the stats. on my case and it said on Nov. 24 its in the post disicion part. now whats that mean? and what can i expect to happen? and how much longer???

after you get your noa1, another 4 to 6 months, 1-130 long wait do a lot reading guides, loto has a good guide vjwiki ez guide for spouse to come to us, good luck

i was also updated nov24. . .post decision activity, it says "November 24, 2010, a USCIS office received this case from the State Department with a request that we review it. We will notify you when we complete our review, or if we need something from you."

did u also get the same update?

yes thats what am ..seeing...looks like we are in the same boat....

someone told you we are nice? wow. Just kidding. We are all in the journey together and we are a good group. Welcome to VJ. Take some time to read the guides and some nomenclature when you can. Most of it is not as confusing as it seems. Good luck.

don't worry to much, i'm sure we will get good news sooner. . 5months is almost up anyway...all we gotta do is wait patiently, called USCIS the other day, they told me to wait 30days for the decision, they said they already made a decision just wait for it in the mail. . .hope for the best
