So, as I have been looking seriously into the K1 process, I would like to know the average processing time for-

EAD

AP

AOS

I know it is case by case basis, but what has been the average or usual time line?

Around 3 months for AP and EAD, if you have your paperwork all ready you can send it off the second you have your marriage certificate in your hand to speed up the process.

Does it depend on the field office or national processing center?

AP and EAD are process in a national processing center. However for EAD at least you need to have your Biometrics completed at your local field office, so if they get behind EAD can be delayed. AP does not require Biometrics.
