NVC phase: So once you have paid Iv bill online & printed the coversheet once payment reflects "paid" status, can I sent the package containing ds230 and civil docs or do I have to wait for a request/prompt from NVC?

My understanding is yes I can but I want to confirm this 'before the mailbox lid hits my fingers'.

Thanks all!
