Hoping my fellow VJ members from Pakistan can please help with my questions

So, I'm not at all sure how my mother should go about obtaining a Police Clearance Certificate for herself. We are still in the initial Review stage for I-130 so we have a ways to go..

She lives in Cantt area of Karachi, Pakistan.

My questions specifically are:

- Where should she go to get the PCC?

- What does she need to get it?

- She has lived in numerous addresses within specifically 5-6 towns/cities since she turned 16. Does she have to get clearance from every place she's lived? or is there a central place in Karachi that could issue her the certificate for every place she's lived?

- Does she have to pay to get the PCC?

- How long does it take to get the PCC?

Thank you all in advance for your help.

You should go to the SSP's office....give them some sped money and it can happen in one day. They do this every day and will guide you. You know money talks in Pakistan....

Thank you all in advance for your help.

just go to the SSP's office

well in Lahore you have to go to CPO office(evry city has its own CPO)it mus be same in Karachi,All you need is passport its photocopies and passport size picturs(2).you go with these things and they give you date to come back and recieve you PCC normally within week(In Lahore they were very good and co operative & PCC was free no fee no tip)I dont know how it works in Karachi and yes i think she has to get PCC from all the cities she ever lived since turning 16 for more than 6 months.(not 100 % sure)
