Hi to all,

I have a questions.

When it is assumed that the USCIS status must change?

We are in initial review since July 29th.

Upon receiving the NOA2 that status should change to accepted?

Hope y'all can help me!!

I'm rather glad this was posted.

The USCIS received our I-29F on August 6th this year and the USCIS site has no updates. The website doesn't even show that it's been touched yet, which is supposed to be updated every time it's handled.

I'm hoping for a fast turn around here since I'm going back to see her in January of 2011 for a couple of weeks. It would be nice If I could purchase her one way tickets home with me while I'm in Thailand with her.

Filed I-129F CSC ~~~~~ 3 August 2010

NOA-1 Received ~~.~~~ 6 August 2010

Called CSC @ 5 mo mk ~ 6 January 2011

**CSC added 21 days to normal processing period***

Service Call ~~~~.~~~~ 27 January 2011

NOA-2 APPROVED! ~~ 27 January 2011

NVC Received ~~~~~~~ 1 February 2011

Embassy Received ~.~~ 8 February 2011

My fiance comes to see me for Christmas and honestly I dream that I can comeback with him to the U.S., I hope the luck be with us and Santa will be a good boy and give us our K1 so we can be so happy with our fiances/fiancees finaly!

I'm hoping the same will happen to me since they never updated the status but I got one touch after the change to request for evidence response review. Thank you for giving me some hope.

Hi to all,

Upon receiving the NOA2 that status should change to accepted?

Hope y'all can help me!!

You and I we both have the same NOA1 date and we are waiting. But, i decided to take another trip in January to visit her for 2 weeks. My plan is to wait until 12/29 (5 months) and if i don't hear anything from USICS then will contact the case worker at senator's office. I already spoke to the man and just gonna give him the case number and rest of the information just before i leave to see her in the first week of january so hopefully while i am there USCIS might processs and get me the NOA2 by the time i am come back.

This is all we can do i guess!
