Hi everyone here, please bare with me i am so down with my visa application... Is anyone of you here have any idea if fiance (petitioner) who is a full time contract worker is not qualified to have enough current sustained income for in his recent 3 to 4 pay stubs doesnt show deductions even he was earning $3000 in each pay stub? It will be on march 2011 till he knows how much will be his deductions,my interview will be this january 2011. Is anyone have been to interview bringing pay stubs that has no tax deductions yet also..please help me on what to do to overcome this ..Do I need to have employers letter even if he is contract worker of the company only?

HIs last year (2009) income is short of almost 2900 and he has savings in credit union bank amounting to $15,000,i hope that will justify the shortfall of last years income.
