Hi. My fiance only put her actual employment as in jobs for the last 5 years and didn't put times of unemployment. So theres gaps between jobs. Will I get RFE'd for this? I haven't sent my application yet but I really don't want to send her g-325a back to her and have her send it back to me over something as trivial as this. What you guys think?

Hi mattb05,

When we filed for our K1, we both had gaps in our timeline because I was here for 6 months, and he was up there with me for 7 months. I also was unemployed for a while, and so was he. We went ahead and put it in because it was specified to do so in the guides on here.

I don't know if you'll get a RFE for this, but you have to ask yourself why it's specified in the guide in the first place. Someone else might give you more insight on the RFE part, but if I were you, I'd go ahead and modify the form. It might delay you sending the I-129, but it's better than getting a RFE for something as trivial as this, like you said...

Just my opinion!

There should be no problem with that. I did my 325 and had gaps too as I never worked full time just part time over the years and did not get RFE. Some go through the times when there is no employment and that's is to be expected they know that. You should be fine, Don't worry.
