They have my full support (Dallas City Council, that is, not baggy pants :lol: )

The ban won't ever happen, but I do admire them for trying. I LOATHE baggy pants with asses hanging out. I think they should ban whale tails and muffin tops while they're at it. :thumbs:

I don't think it's funny, I think it's sad and disgusting. I don't want to see anyone else's undergarments. Maybe I'm conservative in this respect, but it used to be cause for embarrassment to walk around with your underpants showing. What's the next trend...skirt tucked into the pantyhose, or toilet paper on your shoe?

I think the city would be well within its rights to ask people to pull their pants up since I feel that the way they're dressed is indecent. Unfortunately you can't do that nowadays what with all the moral relativism and political correctness. Nobody's 'wrong' anymore, and nobody's behavior can be corrected anymore. Sad times we're living in.

Puh-leese, If the baggy pants aren't physically harming anyone, then #######. :angry: ...its a phase and it will pass.

It may be unsightly, but so what. I see plenty usightly things. Like people with dirty stained and wrinkled clothing. Clothing with rips, clothing so tight you can see their heart beating. It's all personal preference. If you don't like something, then learn to ingore it...if its not a public health risk.

What people fail to realize is that we have "Freedom" suposedly...

I think the politicians really need to get a grip, I'm sure there are more "SERIOUS" issues to attrend to.

dunno. I used to live in the DFW area for 3 yrs. thought it was a crappy place to live too... so I moved.
