Hello All,

I have sent my application today. Good luck to all of the members who filed for removing conditions.

Here is my list of what we have sent. Please, let me know if that looks OK.

Evidence of Relationship :

a) Birth Certificate of a Child born to the marriage

b) Joint purchases (car + furniture)

c) school payment (my husband paying my tuition)

d) Lease of a new house

e) San Francisco and Washington trips

f) Life Insurance

g) Health and dental insurance

h) Utility bills (gas and energy)

i) Car insurance

j) House and auto insurance applications

k) Auto policy declaration

l) US Bank Statements

m) Joint loan

n) Silver State Credit Union Statements

o) Copy of “congratulations” Cards

p) Photos

q) AR-11 Alien’s Change of Address Card

r) Copy of a Green Card

s) Water District Statement

t) Copy of purchase of Car

u) Copy of Insurance and Registration of a car

v) Joint Tax Returns (2008 and 2009)

Timeline

some pictures togather, different times dates, your green card front and back copy, when you write your check to pay the fee, use your joint check with both names on the check, put you alien registration number on the check, and the form G_1145 TO NOTIFY E.MAIL, you look good. good luck,

I didn't know anything about the form G-1145. As for the check , the instructions don't say to put the A number, so we did not either. :(

I think my husband used his personal bank account, not joint one. I hope this will not be an issue

You are fine. It does not have to be a check from a joint account at all. Personal check either from you or your husband is fine. Money order, certified check, etc. Neither you have to put your A# on the check (first time I hear that). About that form G-1145, I have not idea what is that. Neither I did it.

(Day 125) 02/03/12: Oath Ceremony. Done!

End of our Journey:

Daughter and I became U.S. Citizens on 02/03/2012.

(Day 1) 02/09/12: Applied for U.S. Passport & Passport card.

(Day 16) 02/24/12: Passport received.

(Day 19) 02/27/12: Passport Card received.

(Day 24) 03/03/12: Got CoN back.

N-600 for Daughter

(Day 1) 02/04/12: Application sent.

(Day 117) 05/30/12: Picked up Certificate of Citizenship at USCIS local office Chicago.

You are fine. It does not have to be a check from a joint account at all. Personal check either from you or your husband is fine. I found online that G-1145 form gives you a chance to receive notifications about your case. I wish I knew that earlier.

You can still get notifications by filling out ther case status online after you get the case number from the I-797c NOA: https://egov.uscis.gov/cris/Dashboard.do

Select the Sign-up for Case Updated in the left upper box.

Naturalization

3/23/14 - N400 package sent to Phoenix

3/27/14 - N400 package delivered

4/3/14 - NOA1 receipt date

4/4/14 - check cashed

04/29/14 - biometrics date

07/01/14 - interview date

xx/xx/xx - Oath Ceremony
