Hi didiladi, I called and my husband had to be present during the phone call since I'm just the USC and not the petitioner. It had been 2 weeks since our approval. The first time I rang they wouldn't tell me anything and told me to call back in 30 days. The second time I quoted from their page, here is a link, that 2 weeks after approval a tracking number could be provided and would they be so kind to do so.

I was just thinking that it feels so good to be over and done with this process.

I'm not the type that worries too much, or panic, but it has been a long and winding journey. Tons of time and energy trying to put our lives together in a "orderly process" so it could be analyzed and approved by someone that would decide whether or not we can stay here and be together with our loved one.

I'm not complaining, I'm just saying that it seems all very ironic and er.. legal.

I really feel relieved!

I'm not sure when I will have the energy to go for the citizenship (c'mon, they ask you to submit the divorce decrees, again! Humf!).

Right now, I might as well just enjoy my brand new status.

Hi everyone,

I am also a December filer, and i took my finger print on January, next month i will hit the sixth month, but i still didnt get any information,is this normal? I am so worried about this.. When i sent my package, i didnt get many documents, i just sent 3 of our bank statements in both our name, our tax return, my daughter's birth certificate,and some photoes..is that enough? Since we already have a daughter, my lawyer said i dont need too much other documents,my daughter's birth certificate is enough....and i already passed the interview when i got the 2 years card,will they ask me for another interview?

I know the VSC is very slow, but i am so worried now because it will be sixth month soon...anyone can help me?? :crying:

I was exactly in same situation, sent my package 12/28/10, fingerprint 1/31/11 (had interview when I got my 2 year GC) However on May 20 th I got approval letter!! (VSC) So just be patient U gonna hear from them very soon:)

N400 Timeline:

12/03/11 - Sending out N400 package

12/05/11 - Received by USCIS

12/19/11 - NOA date

12/22/11 - Fingerprint done(walkin)

02/02/12. - interview letter arrived

03/07/12. - interview passed

03/16/12 - Oath ceremony (USC)

I 130 for parents;

03/20/2012 sent I 130 for both parents

03/21/2012. Package delivered

03/27/2012 received both NOA1

06/22/2012 both I 130 Approved
