Good Evening MENA! Its cold here in Houston, but it could be colder! Bring it on! We are loving our new house! We just put our tree up a few days ago and the cats are loving it. Lets see... water being drank, ornaments flying thru the room, lights trying to be eaten, branches coming down... this is cat heaven! I'll be working on pictures soon of the house. I hear Christmas will be spent at our house so we are working on the little odds n ends for however many people will be over then.

Adam is working at my store for the next 3 weeks helping out in different areas. Its going to be kinda nice seeing hubby while I'm there :D

Its Tuesday and cold. And i've got the flu! I feel awful, staying in my pjs all day! Have a good one everyone!

07/21/11 filed AOS off tourist visa

07/28/11 USCIS cashed check

07/30/11 Recieved NOA1 and Biometrics letter

08/24/2011 Biometrics

08/25/2011 RFE sent to us for some info we've already sent in

08/30/2011 sent in the rest of info USCIS asked for

09/13/2011 went to congressman's office to sign papers for expedite of work permit, due to financial hardship

09/15/2011 Work permit expedite approved!! He can finally find a job!

09/24/2011 work permit arrives

09/26/2011 Apply for social security number!

09/30/2011 Letter is sent for interview

11/07/2011 INTERVIEW!!!

Its 2012 and still no approval! Still waiting

01/27/2012 Letter sent stating that file was sent on for more review :(

Happy Tuesday MENA!!

I'm freezing my tailend off in Florida!!! I guess it is good that we don't get snow here!!! I can barely make it with the heat only coming on every 5 mins in my office!!

~Terrie I hope you feel better! Nothing worse than feeling sick when its cold!!

~Tamara, I bet the kitties are having a blast with the tree! My poor fraidy cat wouldn't even go lay on her bed under the tree until I laid down on the floor next to it to show her it won't fall on her!! I swear the older my cat becomes the more afraid she is!!!

~Jeanne did ya stay out of trouble this past weekend????:lol:

We went to Disney hollywood studios aka MGM studios this past Sunday. It was great but oh so hard with a 13 year old boy and a husband I swear is ADHD!!!! I spent more time trying to pacify them two I almost left early and not waited for the christmas lights to come on at 6pm!!

We stuck it out and it was sooooo worth it!!!:luv:

Well Happy Wednesday !!!! :dance:

I hope you have a great day whereever you are. I am freezing in Chicago-land. It is a balmy 9 degrees here and I contnue to ask myself every year.....why do I live in Illinois? :blink:

I am waiting patiently at work to hear of a transfer. I am being considered for a position at one the other locations. I would have to drive 30 minutes to work instead of 3 minutes but it would be heaven on earth to be away from the bosses I have now. So I have my fingers and toes crossed they move me !

Good morning! We are back to our warm weather again! In the 70's the rest of the week then to the 80's!!

I hope our winter didn't leave us sooooo soon! Santa better be in his swimming suit!

Wael is so busy with the final research papers and his finals the next 1 1/2 weeks.

And_Sam... Just send your hubby here :) I will tour him in DT Chicago, with some chill winds, he will never complain again about Florida anymore.

It reminds me of hubby, he used to tell me he likes the cold weather, and he lived in Canada for 6 years, but when he tasted the midwest weather these past few weeks, he asked me to get him a hat and glove which he objected to buy for almost few months since last year.

Now he is loving his hat, and his warm jacket. Ohh and we increased our stock of the longjones from 3 to 12 :)

Okay so it has been a while since I was on here. Taha is gone. I am actually married to a wonderful man since Tuesday at 11am. I found out exactly what kind of man Taha was. He is a user. He tried to tell me that he wanted me to be a second wife after he dumped me to marry a mexican chick. Anyway, I met David and I feel instantly in love with a man that tries to make me smile all day long and plays with me and the girls and washes dishes. Anyway, I am happy to have met everyone here.
